Bad service

Hi. I had a loan with Capfin that I paid up in full. After that I took out another loan for 6 months. I fully paid up the loan in 4 months. I have been trying to apply for another loan, but they don't even give me an option to apply even though I was a loyal customer that paid up my account before the end of the contract. Very poor customer service.
