Bad

I currently taken loan over 6 months yes it was fast efficient and good service but I have completed my loan now and still showing balance of like R39 I paid on time never missed payments I'm just concerned I paid every month on time only issue was this I even phoned said 24 to 48 hours to update my account still nothing this is bad it affects my credit score
