Bad experience

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>As per the last complaint logged against Capfin , I have spoken to Liezel their customer service consultant she was unable to assist me with my complaint that I have raised with helopeter , she want to force me that I have gave them the go ahead to debit on the 28 of each month , though the system shows her that agreement was amended on the 30 April to debit on the last day of the month but failing to explain why they continue in May to debit on the 28 on that month she even contradict herself by saying the reason they debit on the 24 in July is because I am in areas , when I ask how m I on areas , she said is because they have not been geeting the money on the 28 of each month , now she told me about the aggrement I had with them of which she does not want to take liability of their staff might have made the mistake as the last I ask for the recording they claim I had with them , instead they stop calling me unless they want to harras me at work , currently according to Liezel I am on areas since they were not getting money on the 28 of each month , but failing to tell me how are they going to pay back all the interest I have been paying Absa on all the insurficient funds thay created . She even cut the call on me <I would like this to be investigated further as I am not the only consumer who has the same problem the way capfin operates will like NCR to come to this part as a lot of people do not know or understand their consumer rights </p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy Consumer</p> <p> </p> <p>Ellen Shongwe</p> <p> </p>
