Backstabbers the Definition of Loyalty

Whatever happened to loyalty? To date, my payment has always been paid on time but then I'm harassed by your lawyers for an outstanding account. I did try to contact your legal team to try to understand but they seem too busy. You've handed (sold) my debt to a collector without my consent and therefore forfeited your right. You didn't formally inform me or presented any agreement. The kingdom will come and this account will still not be done.
