Appalling customer service

Your customer service is appalling. On both most recent occasions of contact to your customer service line, agents have treated me with the utmost disrespect. Zero soft skills, empathy or acknowledgement whatsoever. The condescending nature and complete disregard of your staff is disgusting. I suggest you invest in additional training of staff as they contribute to the financial detriment of your establishment!
