Angry with capfin

Good day I am an existing loan customer of capfin Due to unforseen circumstances i became unemployed and am currently unable to pay my loan accounts Capfin though are calling me 2 times a day and are attempting to debit my account daily.but due to that my cheque account is going more and more into arrears.i was even told on the recorded line that they will keep on calling me.this will make it harder to recover and eventually pay them of.all i want is a chance to recover.is there a way to stop them debiting in the middle of the month and rather wait till month end
