ALL YOUR STAFF ARE JUST HOSTILE
The service from your call centre is absolutely disgusting to say the least! call centre staff just shouting at customers for no reason and then even having the guts to drop the fone on my ear!! if you pull both the calls I have had you will see exactly the level of service your staff give people.
