Agry client

Good day m a very angry client, I have been contacting capfin to pay the out standing amount, I called and I was told my account has been handed over to HRb I called the number hold for 20min the lady dat answer the call said my account has been sent back to capfin I called capfin again the guy dat pick the phone said I must call legal department he didnt bother transferring me, I had to drop and call again I hold for legal department for the nyc 32minuts until I run out of airtym I called again with no lucky, all I want is to pay my account get upto date letter plsss m very frustrated
