AGAIN TERRIBLE
Well I app**** again today for a loan from Capfin. Got a call back from them and low and behold they still using my old details even after submitting my new information via the internet. They ask you to download payslips, bank statements and ID yet they do not use them. Whats the use of calling if they have outdated info.
