I am so disappointed about Capfin informing credit bureau of non-payment of a mistake they did on their side. My credit profile is being affected because they debit my account days before the agreed date of payment. I will never deal with them again. I'm trying to create a good credit profile for myself and they are ruing my chances of doing that.
Can Capfin please improved their system to deduct money on the agreed date. I am not happy with how they are doing things.
