Account handed over while unemployed

Good day, I app**** for a loan with Capfin that i paid and after a while , i app**** for another one, two months into the contract i was then unemployed. Capfin made contact and i made them aware that i was unemployed and they promised to call me with arrangement and never ,as soon as i get a contract job i started making payments to Capfin's account which i had on the bank app, after making few payments Capfin escalated my proof of payments to their external collectors. I made arrangements with them to pay R1000.00 monthly,I did not know by then that i was handed over and blacklisted. While making payments , I asked for statement the initial arrangement i had was not making sense as the external collector keep adding ridiculous interest and when i Dispute they not helping me, I have been getting emailds and replying asking Capfin to call me and no one is willing to reply my email just threads from them via sms. I have an account with Capfin and asked a 9K plus loan why when i am unemployed I get handed over and my account interest go way over the initial agreement as if I am in a mortgage loan? Is this your arrangement with them to ***** from your customers or?
