ACCOUNT HANDED OVER

I took a loan with Capfin. They called me and I agreed to pay outstanding amount.I made deposits as agreed to their account and received confirmation that they have received payment.Apparently when I called them for a Settlement amount they told me my account was handed over to Mbd.I was not told my account was handed over.I have made my payment and need to get a Paid up letter . I can't get hold of anyone at Capfin Legal department. I have been calling several times with no luck . Please assist
