Abacus Life and Capfin Is not responding

I am extremely disappointed with Capfin and Abacus Life . I submitted my UI19 form, proof of retrenchment, and ID copy on the 21st, and until today no one has contacted me or given any update.

All my loans with Capfin included credit life cover, which clearly states that if I lose a qualifying income or get retrenched, the loan should be covered. Despite this, Capfin has completely ignored my documents and left me without any communication while I’m already dealing with financial pressure. I told them my employer delayed that I get my supporting documents and I will send them when I receive them.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expected transparency and support instead, I received silence. I want this resolved urgently.
