I have a loan with capfin I lost my phone in September first they called my friend whom I registered as reference and the previous employer they left a full detail of my loan which I found it not professional. I tried to call and provide a number to be called back for payment arrangements. Also I did provide my new number to them about they kept on calling my co-worker I requested 2of their agents to remove the number as it become Harassment to my co-worker hence they call his number first when ever they want me and he told them over and over a again that am not available on that number I personally called the call centre more than once 2 consulted told me they can't remove the number. It on system I want to settle the account but their service towards me I found it very bad.
