If you are a new trader look for a different broker
My experience with Capex was challenging. Account managers would call often, urging me to open large trades, risking rapid losses. Withdrawing funds triggered immediate calls discouraging withdrawals and suggesting more deposits with bonus promises. However, the bonus terms felt restrictive; for instance, with my $16k account, exceeding a $500 profit could revoke the bonus. Withdrawals took weeks, and the spreads were notably high. For comparison, Oanda offers lower spreads, better tools, and customer service, and Plus500 provides more diversity. On the positive side, Capex offers good leverage and overnight trading rates.

After posting this review, they blocked my account entirely, keeping my funds inaccessible. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I've been unable to reach anyone—though they had no problem calling me before to push large trades. I guess the next thing is to contact the regulator good thing they are regulated.
