Cape Town Mode - Online Retailer ****
Please do not use this company as they are a ****. Isabelle responded to my first few emails but now I get no response when following up on my order which was placed in early December. I have not received my order to date - 2 months since.

Worst service ever
Ordered 27 December 2025, sent a mail on 10 January 2026, Isabelle responded, told me I have nothing to worry about, my order delivery is well in time frame. If I want to track my order, it is apparently invalid. Contacted Isabelle again, since the 24th of Jan, absolutely no response.

Poor quality clothing
****! The product that I received was very poor knockoff of the photos on their web site. Communications with Isabella were good until I have received the product and wanted to complain. No reply received! I have however found a use for this jacket: My dog loves to sleep under it

Research this company before you buy I got ****med
Please do research before you buy from this company on FaceBook. I just saw they have another “Closing down sale” I ordered and paid for a dress that was supposed to be on a half price sale a year ago. I also thought this was a company from Cape Town. After my purchase I realised it was from China. The dress I bought was also advertised as a GREAT Special. It was absolutely terrible (I don’t think there is a shop in SA that sells worse quality clothing than the dress I received) and to return it would have cost me too much, so yes I got ****MED. Be very careful before you buy.

Please do research before you buy from this company on FaceBook. I just saw they have another “Closing down sale” I ordered and paid for a dress that was supposed to be on a half price sale a year ago. I also thought this was a company from Cape Town. **** ALERT
**** ALERT! I was ****med like so many other people. After purchasing trousers online did I follow up with my order after receiving nothing a week later. Isabelle then **** and said they were out of stock and I should choose another item of similar value. My request for a refund was ignored and I assume that I was ****med now 3 weeks later.

Cape Town Mode Ordering from.China on your behalf
I would give them -1 stars if it was possible. I am most unhappy with this company that order on your behalf from China. I could have done that myself have I known. My order took 34 days to deliver. Also take note of their return policy to China under the 'return' heading as it states that customers are responsible for return shipping fees with costs starting from 30 USD.
