Dishonoured contract

I paid CapeTownMagazine More than R7000 to advertise my small business in 2019, our contract was dishonoured no adverti*****ts were delivered in the agreed time frame. the Company agreed to refund me as there were irregularities from the company side. That was February 2020, more than a year later they still have not paid me my money. This company was supposed to help small businesses to take their money! Dont spend your hard earned money here to avoid major dissapointment!
