**** retail shop

Ordered a clothing item on their webshop. Took about 2 weeks to be delivered and when received it was shocking quality and definately not what was advertised on their facebook page. They responded to my email when i complaint but refused to refund me, even after they had a refund policy in place. Now saying they closed their webshop.
