Duvet cover

I made a booking at Capetown lodge, and hotel, at 101, Buitengracht street in Capetown.. on our arrival, when we check in. We were told that I have to pay 800, it's for the room, it's refundable.. but I told them that no one told me about that, and they didn't bother to tell me when I called them and confirm that we are still coming . Then I payed that amount, yesterday the duvet cover accidentally touched my mouth and my lipstick smeared on it... Later on when I get to the hotel, they are telling me that they tried to remove that stain from the duvet cover but nothing happend.. so they are going to charge me R250.. and the lady who was telling me had a bad attitude.. and also.. no one told me about if something happend, I should knw that I will be charged... now that I have to go home in free state using a bus I will be having a shortage of 250...
