Cape Town Wood Work ****mer

The "owner", Leeroy (that's the name he uses), is a ****mer. Please beware. We contracted him to build us a Jungle Jim and small Wendy house for our daughter. He had three legitimate references that he had actually done "jobs" for, most likely just to get them as references. We spoke to all of them over the phone and although they said he was inefficient, he eventually completed the job. We paid him a deposit and then he disappeared for a week. Eventually, when he did say he would show up, he had sent another contractor in his place. Leeroy had pretended to be the client (i.e. us) and managed to find a contactor that did not ask for a deposit to come and build the jungle Jim. When the honest contractor showed up, we worked out what was going on. Leeroy had done this to this contractor 2 years ago where Leeroy was paid in full for that job and the contractor was left with nothing. He uses different names like Leeroy benches, Cape Pine Benches, Cape Town Wood Company, Leeroy Home Maintenance. Different names too Leeroy Tavagadza, Leeroy ZW.
