Non Responsive Business

I saw this business advertising their products on Instagram. I was interested in their T-shirts and duly ordered two. On 19 October 2023, I received confirmation of my payment received by them as well as a number confirming my order. I was told that delivery will be between 9-12 business day. I also supp**** with a tracking number. After numerous inquiries about my purchase this business now ignore any further inquiries. l now wonder if they do exists and would like to warn other potential customer of their service.
