DON'T BUY/ORDER FROM CAPETOWN-ATHLETIC!!!!

I've tried numerous times to communicate with this business WRT a double order I placed over two months ago. Sadly I was subjected to a business appearing to be 'South African' and soonest I processed my order I received notifications from China, I received one garment nearly 9 weeks later only after numerous emails to a single support person (that responds once monthly), it’s been dire dealing with them to say the least - the second part of my order for a much larger amount was supposedly already delivered... which it never was. After begging and pleading and stretching my patience to the max the communications fell flat and have stopped. I requested a refund and never heard back from them. Stay away from this business as however amazing their product offering is and looks (on their website), you'll never receive your items. So, avoid this retailer: https://capetown-athletic.co.za/. I've subsequently sent letters of legal action and they've ignored those too - our legal team is struggling to find any such company or any other form of contact details as they try and pursue this very deceptive entity. They caught me hook, line and sinker with their glam website!
