Ordered 2 golf shirts and notwithstanding queries and reminder have yet to receive the order. Had initial response confirming receipt of the order then after a further query regarding non-delivery via e-mail, had a response stating that there had been a factory error misprints, transportation issue etc. and undertaking that they were in the process of resolving issues, but no further response and no delivery of the order. It would appear that this is a ****.
