worse stay ever

I recently stayed a weekend in your hotel, the service was disgusting, had hotel staff in and out of my room through out the day, check in was not good at all, bookings were not up to date and on top of that i left for the morning on the saturday and my key card did not work i was not able to access my room at all. worse hotel ever did not even get the room service we ordered, so ether want money back or a complimentary stay
