****roaches in room

I checked into the Capetonian hotel on the 9th of January 2022. I booked 3 rooms. To my disappointment there were ****roaches running in the hallways. I also found ****roaches coming out of the extractor fan in the bathroom. The carpets were dirty and had a damp look. It was just terrible. The management moved me to another room telling me that they checked the room themselves. Yet there were still ****roaches. I woke up this morning to find a ****roach on my baby! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. The other 2 rooms that were booked for my siblings also had ****roaches. It is absolutely disgusting and filthy. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the my rooms were not vacuumed. I am very disappointed. Please close the hotel and fumigate the place. This is not acceptable from a hygiene point of view. No one wants to come on holiday and have this terrible experience.
