****** - Stay away for booking here

On Wednesday I made a booking for Saturday at the Capetonian Hotel through the Agoda app. After I paid I noticed that the date was wrong as it was made for the Monday and not the Saturday. I contacted the hotel immediately to try to change the booking & reserve the Saturday for me. They told me to contact Agoda & change it with them. I sent both the hotel & Agoda emails immediately notifying them that my booking date was incorrect and asked them both to amend it to Saturday. On Thursday I called the hotel again regarding my request & they told me to forward them my booking. They then responded to my email saying I should contact Agoda again. I called Agoda and told them about the incorrect booking date. They contacted the hotel to rectify it. They hotel refused to change my booking date or refund my money. I was really looking forward to going their this weekend, but will never book with them again. They are a bunch of ****** that ***** peoples money
