Cheap and Stingey

I've had the exact same experience as the previous review.

I made a booking at the Capetonian Hotel through the Agoda app. After I paid I noticed that the date was wrong as well. I contacted the hotel immediately to try to change the booking. They told me to contact Agoda & change it with them. I sent both the hotel & Agoda emails immediately notifying them that my booking date was incorrect and asked them both to amend it. I was basically asked to just wait it out and each time I asked if a cancellation was still possible - to which they rep****, it is since I noticed them immediately.

Well, they hotel refused to change my booking date or refund my money. I was really looking forward to going with them, but will never book with them again. They are a bunch of ****** that ***** peoples money
