Capestyle glass and aluminium lack of supervision over the workers

We recently used Capestyle Glass and Aluminium to install aluminium windows at our residence. While the workmanship was of good quality, we are deeply disappointed by the lack of supervision over the workers. The installation was completed yesterday afternoon, and earlier today, we noticed an item unaccounted for, which has left a very bitter taste in our mouths. While we understand that some incidents may not reflect the company's general practices, it has completely overshadowed any positive aspects of our experience. We urge Capestyle to take this issue seriously and ensure stricter oversight and accountability to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
