Very professional customer services

After having a problem with a Capestorm product, and battling to get hold of them for a while, they got back to me, and very kindly, efficiently, and professionally resolved the issue. They also apologised, and explained why I couldn't get hold of them - all of which has been resolved and attended to. Edward is very professional and personable, and I really appreciate being able to communicate with him during my complaint. My new cycling gloves are of an impeccable quality, and I am very pleased with them. Thank you to Capestorm for restoring my trust in your company, and for helping me sort out my query in the best, most professional manner. I really hope other companies can learn from you, and that there are more people in customer services as professional as Edward is. I will definitely be supporting Capestorm more often now, knowing that they are a company that truly cares about it's customers and will go the extra mile to help one.
