Capestorm: modern online thievery

Bought a jacket online on 10 Aug. Got a call on the 14 Aug advising me that they no longer had stock of the jacket and could offer me credit or a refund. I opted for the refund. Skip forward to 25 Aug and I have had to call 3 separate times to arrange for my refund myself.

Still today...no refund. Basically this company has ****** my money and has cost me more money in airtime to no avail.

Do not buy from this place online! Beware!!
