Capesate Solution/Sky-technologies wrip-off

This company is the absolute worst - stay clear of them. Called them for an error code E48-32 (weather related). Two technicians came out, removed my dish (without forewarning or quote) and charged an exorbitant amount and then harassed us for payment. Two weeks later, the dish didn't work. They don't answer calls, emails go unanswered. Even emails sent to them by the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (after I lodged a complaint) went ignored. Got another technician at literally under a tenth of the price who came in and showed us that the dish wasn't secured, cabling was terrible (loose and untidy) and that they broke tiles on our roof in the process. Stay clear of this company. They go by two different names, Capesate Solution and Sky-technologies (depending on what you get on the invoice!). They are absolutely horrific! I cannot even name the staff/owners - they refused to give me the names. The company doesn't respond, not to calls or emails. But the technicians who came out went by "Ben" and the other wouldn't give his name. They call from different numbers each time, so hard to track. Worst experience ever!
