Terrible service!!

Don’t buy from Cape Relief Ortho Shoes. They’re a **** and their customer service is terrible!! I ordered shoes on 5 April 2026. I have not even received a tracking nr yet. And Thandi, who rep**** to my email, requesting a tracking nr, doesn’t even read the e-mails she gets!! Asking me for a video for the problem with my shoes, while I haven’t received the shoes yet! Braindead people who runs that ****, it seems.
