Parcel not delivered!

My parcel has been stuck at Capemail Capemail RLS since 09/05/2024. This is a parcel that was redirected from JHB as per my request, I spoke to somone at Capemail by chance since they never ever pick up their phone, and was told to go check at my nearest postoffice, I went to the post office in Tableview and Milnerton and was told the parcel was not there and that they would call me once they know what is happening! Noone has ever called me and it is says it's dispached from capemail when I track it!
