Capemail : what a welcome experience!

I was sent a parcel from the UK, via ordinary post and was able to track it for almost three weeks, after which it disappeared from the tracking system. I decided to pay the Capemail hub a visit whereupon the lady behind the counter told me that she couldn't track the parcel, but I must phone every week to see if it had arrived. As I was driving away the lady came running after me to tell me that some parcels had arrived and my parcel was amongst them. I turned around and waited about 20 minutes whilst they scanned it into the system, calculated the duties and handed over my parcel. Well done to the ladies at Capemail. it goes to show that the staff at the Post Office still go the extra mile even under such bleak circumstances.
