Capemail Hub - disgusting service

My package from the USA landed in South Africa on the 19th of December. I'm yet to receive any kind of communication and it was meant to be a Christmas present. I have sent a email to enquirer but that was just ignored, no reply. Disgusting service and from what I've read it has been like this for years. Clearly mismanaged with lackluster staff who doesn't give a dam about their work.
