Bad service at Capello Florida Road Durban

My friends and I are on Holiday in durban, so we decided to go out last night. We hit the vibey Florida Road and chose to have drinks at Capello. We knew what to expect since we've been to a few Capellos in Johannesburg. But to our disappointment,the service was not so great. Firstly we were served long ****tails in plastic ****tail glasses,keeping in mind we are spending around R65 per drink. My drink (Bubblegum Berry slush) had an after taste. I spoke to the manager and asked her to taste it as well. She then took it to the liquid chef whom we could see everything he was doing from the table we were sitting. He explained to the manager that it's a certain syrup that's used in the drink. He then removed the lemon from my drink with his fingers and put back the ****tail in her blender. He returned the same lemon in the ****tail. The lady gave back my drink,I asked her why the liquid chef dipped his fingers in my drink and still expects me to drink it, she had no explanation. I obviously couldn't enjoy my ****tail anymore, asked for the bill and left right a way. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this bar/restaurant to anybody.
