Unprofessional behaviour

I am so disgusted and angry, the way I was treated by Head of security at Capegate tonight. After my son got hurt on his lunch break, I asked footage just to make sure if he had a epileptic seizure, as he is epileptic. He gave me so much attitude and said he can't help me, he even raise his voice telling me to go report him to the management. I went to management , the receptionist phoned security and obviously believed every word he said, after I just explained her what happened. I still didn't get any help from them. This is unecceptable.
