****** treatment

On 15 Aug 2020 my family and I went shopping at the Cape Gate Centre. Then had lunch in the food court area. We were sitting at the table 2 adults and and my daughter and next to us there were a black family adults and two children sitting. We were almost finished with our lunch when a black lady came to us and said we cannot let our daughter sit with us, but she walked past the the black family. I did not listen to her and the next moment 2 security officers approached us. As they approached us I started recording it on video. My wife continuously asked them why are they telling us to not sit together but the black family next to us were not spoken to at all although it was asked numerous times on recording. As we were standing up to leave a white woman with two children sat across us and this same cleaning lady approached them and said they cannot sit three at a table. I then told the white woman of the circumstances and showed her the black family that were still not approached and I told the cleaning lady to go away and do not bother them. I have a full video to show this disgusting ****** and ****** behavior. I have always raised my child to treat all people equal but what she had to experience was disgusting to say the least.

The black family were never approached. The matter was reported to center management, but the person was not really concerned. If this is a call that white people is not welcome at the center why do they not tell us to stay away? The equality court will be approached.
