Cape Gate Shopping Centre Unsafe

This morning i went around to Cape Gate Mall. i later returned to my car ,, to notice that 3 of my hubcaps have been stollen off my car. i parked underground in the 5th parking bay in front of the entrance.

the “so called” security walking around there has ten thousand excuses at to why he didn’t see anything.

eventually we go in to talk to the manager,, who offered us relatively the same amount assistance as the security did.

we had a look on the cameras. to my surprise ,, there are only cameras at the entrance and absolutely NO cameras in the actual parking area ... ? !? how safe is that ?!

i asked the manager what is the procedure that i am to follow if something like this happens on their premises ? his response to me was :: “you will need to go to the police station to open a case and get a case number,, then you can claim from your insurance. you can then contact and try to claim from the mall insurance,, but there’s about 0% chance of anything coming from it because they have their disclaimers in place”. also continuing to say “ah, it’s so unfortunate ,, because my car is the first car in 6 months who’s hubcaps have again been ******”.
