Cape Gate Shopping Centre broken escalators

I was really shocked after arriving at Cape Gate Shopping Centre this week to see that after being away for a month that most of the escalators are still out of order. They have had a sign saying that they are being repaired for the last six months. I have had a knee operation and was struggling along and then had to walk further to find the nearest lift. This is disgusting and I have spoken to a many people who have said that they will not shop at Cape Gate again.
