Cape Gate "NO" Help Des****

I have had the worst experience with Cape Gate Shopping Center "Help desk" I reported that I forgot my phone in the bathroom where only myself and the cleaner we present, when I came back 2 min later my phone was missing. I have been waiting a week for a response from the so called help desk. !! Pathetic customer service
