Mis-informed on prices

I requested a quote foor a 'floor repair' as well as 'DIY Self-levelling'. I was sent the quote for the products we would need and decided to ahead with the project as the price seemed reasonable. It was only after we enquired about the steps to follow when conducting this ourselves (we wanted to double check if we understood the DIY-instruction sheet) that we were told the quote omitted the price of the goods needed for the floor repair (which we have to do prior to self-levelling).<br> <br> I am very disappointed as it feels as though we were mis-lead and mis-informed as only after we purchased the product we were told we need another bunch of products before we can successfully do the self-levelling.<br> <br> I addition I sent an email indicating my disappointment and received no response, not even a mere apology.
