Incomplete job poor workmanship

We commissioned CapeCrete to do our concrete flooring. Eon confirmed that the end result will look beautiful LOL like their website lol<br> <br> Unfortunately for us, it doesn't. Our floors are not sealed, no after sales, holes in flooring, big hairline cracks, big cement block left in our yard (and they covered it with old carpets so it seems like rubble), cement splash. They have our house keys which they never returned and he threatened me that they will give it back if we do not pay him the balance of a R75 000 job, YES WE PAID R70 000!!!! We apparently owe them R5000.00, this due to his inability to measure correctly the first time and he added this cost whilst the job was underway. We requested that they come and fix the problems and seal the floor and promised to pay the balance which was no fault of ours, all we want is the great concrete floors promised. We have received no phone call as yet, Eon is posting saying our floors look great, anyone is welcome to come and have a look at their pathetic workmanship. Google them and go read all the Hello peter complaints, don't waste your money also they are not registered with CEMCRETE due to substandard products used. BE WARNED!!!
