2014 Capecrete client

I was searching on google for Caperete's number as I would like them to send me a wall quotation when I saw Hello Peter pop up on the search results. After reading through all the bad comments I felt like I owe it to Capecrete to add my positive feedback to the table.
When I visited the showroom for the first time, the first question I asked the assistant was weather the cracks on the floors were normal. She informed me that it is a cement based product therefore it is likely that hairline cracks and or larger cracks may appear. These cracks may form immediately after application or it can take 3 - 6 months (settling period).
I feel like some people don't do their research properly before proceeding with a job and then refuse to understand a product and the necessary procedures that go with it. Even their Terms & Conditions are about 3 - 4 pages long explaining every procedure, the do's and don'ts, every possible concern, payment procedures, how the substrate needs to be prepared, even directions on how to clean the floors correctly. If you are not going to read the T&C's provided to you before accepting a job then you are a victim of your own stupidity.
