Useless installer

Hi,<br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of Dillon from Cape Vision Sat for 3 weeks to reconnect my decoder. I lived in to a new building in November and it took him 6 months to come and connect it. It now doesn't work anymore and when I call him he claims to have lost his phone, didn't save numbers and also has called me an ungrateful customer!! <br> <br> This man is a lying idiot and won't even call back or apologise for his mistakes. Since he connected my dstvthe volume on my television is very very low(brand new tv) and the connection point he has left exposed and untidy.<br> <br>
