Don't back up their work, don't turn up for appointments after they have your money

***DON'T USE THEM*** Lawrence sorted out the dstv issue at our new house (after being 2 hrs late) unfortunately a few days later we had the same problem. He set a time to come back the next day but didn't turn up then stopped taking our calls. We called Dillon who had allocated him on the 1st call, Dillon gave us a time for the next day but no one turned up. When we called again he set another time & again no show. This time we only waited 1 hour before calling Dillon again who said Lawrence would be there in 3/4hr but no such luck. Since then he doesn't take our calls. We have to get someone else to fix the problem. *** DON'T USE THEM ***
