Apalling Service from Cape Vision Sat

I book your services at great inconvenience to my own schedule, at a time you say you are available. You don't turn up. I book another slot. Once again you dont turn up. This time you refuse to take my calls. Obviously I will be using another supplier, but I would suggest that NO ONE bother with these guys unless they are prepared for great disappointment and frustration.
