VISA fee not refunded from CVS

I would not recommend this company to do your VISA. I had my VISA done last year October 2023, I paid a service fee and a VISA fee. Unfortunately, I had to do the VISA myself which means I was owed the VISA fee back. It is now heading towards 6 months later with no sight of a return. A credit note was sent to me with no business details, wrong email address. Emails between CVS are being sent back and forth, saying they are refunding me for the last 5 months. I still have not received payment.
