Mirepresenting information, signing form without permission, working with tenant to decevie landlord, and refusal to act on behalf of landlord

I entered to agreement for them to managed my apartment in Parklands CPT. This year in March 2020, I experienced the following: 1. Allowed extra 2 adults to move in without my permission, 2. She signed form giving these individuals access to the complex, whcih was rejected by body Cooperate and chair as it against the rule of the complex. The rule was communicated to Cape View Properties and same form was rejected in 2018 on same reasons 3. Refused to provide me with the identification of these individuals 4. She enteredinto agreement with tenant/s relating to rent payment holiday without my permission nor discussion me or following TPN recomendation including documents packs for rental payment holiday Follow which I have reported the company and Sandra to EAAB, then inform them She told me not to call her but just communicate via email, however, she not respond rapidly to emails 5. Upon tenant failure to pay rent and letter of demand sent and lapsed, Sandra who is representative of Cape View Properties refused to notify tenants of the failure to remedy non-payment led to cancellation of lease and therefore to vacant the apartment with immediate effect. I end up requesting lawyer assist to draft and send cancellation letter

6. As I was review the lease contract and why Sandra just address the letter to 1 tenant instead of 2, realised that Sandra and Vilawoe (tenant) has misrepresented the information within the lease renewal, becuase 2 tenant did not signed the renewal lease. The chair said it has being a while since they saw that 2 tenant in the complex.

Vilawoe has moved in with his so called wife and girlfriend.

Currnetly, Cape View Properties representative (Sandra and Anthony) not cooperating with me but working with tenant (Vilawoe) and encouraged him not to pay rent and not vacate my apartmemt.

Anthony and Sandra said I must get loan to support these 3 adults. They said is my president who put this lockdown and I am also government employees I can afford to allow tenant to stay for free. There is not debt agreement in place.
