Shocking product quality

I ordered a headboard and storage kist from Cape Upholstery in Elsies River. I duly paid my 50% deposit. Just getting the stuff delivered was an absolute nightmare and what was received was shocking quality!! The headboard is completely mishaped and poorly constructed. The storage kist looks like it is being held together with a million staples and a bit of hope. Unfortunately I didn't return it at the very second that it was delivered and the seller is refusing to refund me. Do not waste your money with this company!!!
